Since you all loved the Sushi bake recipe, I decided to create a recipe for another casserole/bake! This one contains shrimp, scallops, and imitation crab, but you can omit any of these. You can also add green mussels if you wish. If you love creamy baked mussels from sushi buffets or restaurants, then you’re sure to enjoy this.
It’s super simple. All you have to do is mix everything together, and throw it in the oven! It has a creamy umami flavor with lots of wonderful textures.
Shrimp Dynamite Casserole
Description
This dynamite casserole is similar to the creamy mussels at sushi buffets! Just mix all the ingredients together and bake it! You can serve it over rice or with roasted seaweed.

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F.
- Mix all ingredients together for the sauce. Taste and adjust for spice level. Mix in the seafood. Be sure to really dry the shrimp and scallops, especially if they were defrosted. Any extra liquid will make the dish watery. Also, if you add extra mushrooms, it can make the mix watery as well.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Top with more Kewpie mayo and Sriracha if desired.
- Bake for 25 minutes and then broil for about 5 minutes. Keep an eye out while broiling.
- Serve on top of white rice or roll with roasted seaweed.
