This Asian Steak Noodle Salad is full of beautiful flavors and textures. It has greens, mango chunks, avocado, peanuts, herbs, and noodles topped with ribeye steak! And then it’s dressed with a tangy Asian vinaigrette.
I used to eat this Asian Steak Noodle Salad at my favorite restaurant until it recently closed down. So this is my interpretation of it. Try your best to use a nice stainless steel pan like the one I have from Legend cookware to sear your steak!

Instructions
- Combine ingredients for the marinade and marinate the steak while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
- In a bowl, combine ingredients for the dressing.
- Pat steak with a paper towel to remove the marinade from the exterior of the steak right before cooking so it doesn’t burn.
- Heat up a stainless steel pan on medium heat for 1 minute. Add neutral oil and allow it to heat up for 30 seconds. Sear and cook each side of the steak for about 3.5 minutes for medium-rare steak. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temp is 120F. Remove and let it rest before cutting into 1” cubes.
- Add all the ingredients for the salad to a big salad bowl, toss with the dressing, and enjoy!
