Korean-style broccoli

korean-style broccoli

This Korean-style broccoli dish is a recreation of a simple and tasty side dish I had at a Korean bbq restaurant! It just takes a few minutes to steam and then you combine it with the sauce, and voila! You have a nutritious and delicious vegetable side dish.

This Korean-style broccoli can be served immediately or served cold! Feel free to play around with the ratio of the ingredients, but I like the main flavor to be toasted sesame oil. Be mindful of the salt because, unlike cucumbers, the broccoli florets soak up all the sauce immediately!

I used crispy Jus Garlic for convenience and because I’m obsessed with it, but feel free to use fresh minced garlic if that’s what you prefer. If you purchase it, mention me for 10% off your order!

Also, if you are interested in the cookware I use, be sure to use my code: PHUONG20OFF for 20% off from the Legend website! I used the saute pan and love that it’s deep enough to fit my steamer rack!
