Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Thai sweet chili sauce

Sweet Thai Chili Sauce is one of the best dipping sauces around. You can serve it with cheese wontons, spring rolls, crab cakes, or crispy shrimp! It would even be delicious mixed with mayo on top of a salmon burger. Yum!

I think you’ll be blown away by how easy it is to make this sauce. I know I say that a lot, but seriously, it’s super simple.

If you don’t have Sambal, you can sub Thai chili peppers or red pepper flakes, but try to get the Sambal. Also, if you don’t want to use fish sauce, you can add a little soy sauce or salt. I personally love fish sauce!
